Murray Avenue Students
The 4th & 5th Grade students will be transported by bus from Pine Road School to the Valley Youth Center directly after school on Friday’s. 6th grade students will follow the same Procedure and will be walked by a Murray Avenue staff member (Teacher) directly after school on Friday’s. Please see the “Procedure” relating to your child’s grade level.
A handwritten note by a Parent that is signed & dated must be taken to the main office of your child’s school in the morning. If your child is being dropped off by you after school, you will have to bring your child into the Center, sign them in on the “drop off sheet” and then sign them out when you pick them up at the end of the day. A new note must be brought in every Friday your child wishes to attend the Valley Youth Center. This is for your child’s safety so that you know your child is in attendance. PLEASE NOTE: NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED TO WALK HOME FROM THE VALLEY YOUTH CENTER AT 6:00 p.m. Also, no child will be able to be left in the Youth Center, Red Lion Gym or Library facilities alone waiting for a game to start after the Center is closed. It is the Township policy that no child is to be left alone under the age of 21 in our facilities and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. It is your responsibility as a Parent to come and pick up your child at the end of the evening. You have to either call us at the Center to make transportation arrangements or make arrangements to have another parent transport your child home from the Center.
Pickup time is 6:00 PM sharp, though arrangements can be made for working parents; please call in advance (215) 938-5202.
